Privacy policy

What we collect

Visitors: name, phone, e-mail, company and job title (optional), the categories you are interested in, and your activity at the expo (booths visited, exhibitors contacted, files downloaded, talks joined) to count your points.

Exhibiting companies: the booth request and contact person, transfer receipts, and the booth content the company adds.

Totals per booth (visits, downloads) that do not identify visitors who are not registered.

Why we use it

To run the expo: signing you in with your entry code, counting your points and coupons, sending talk details and reminders, and handling booth bookings and payments.

Who we share it with

Exhibitors: an exhibitor sees your name and company if you visit its booth, contact it or download its files. It sees your phone and e-mail only if you agreed to that when registering.

Sponsors: when you take a discount, the coupon code is shown to the sponsor to check it.

Voice guide: your spoken or typed question is sent to Google Gemini to prepare the answer; we do not keep the recording.

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in (as a visitor or an exhibitor). No tracking or advertising cookies.

How long we keep it, and your rights

We keep visitor data for up to 12 months after the expo, then delete it. Payment receipts are kept as long as accounting requires.

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction or deletion, or withdraw your consent to sharing with exhibitors, by contacting us: the expo team

Terms

Points and coupons

Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged for money. A coupon is used once, under the sponsor's terms shown on it, and stock may run out.

The expo team may cancel points or coupons gained through duplicate sign-ups or unfair use, and may change point values in the future without affecting points already earned.

Booth bookings

A booth is booked once the expo team confirms the full amount was received. Refunds or postponement follow what is agreed in writing with the expo team.

The exhibiting company is responsible for its booth content (names, products, images, files) and its rights to use it; the expo team may hide any content that breaks these terms.
